Heritage Used For Worship Under The Vietnamese Civil Law - Some Defects And Recommendations

The provisions of Vietnamese civil law on heritage used for worship are quite uniquecompared to the civil laws of the majority of countries. However, the provisions of law on heritageused for worship are still very sketchy, not enough to regulate all the issues arising in this field and atthe same time there are still some limitations and inadequacies. This article focuses on the provisionsof Vietnamese civil law on heritage used for worship. Based on pointing out the limitations andinadequacies in legal provisions and law enforcement practices, the article makes somerecommendations to improve Vietnamese legal provisions on heritage used for worship.
