Human resources are the greatest asset in an enterprise, since all development depends on their work and commitment. Every business aims to maximize profit. In order to achieve this, the company must, among other things, have it in operation, and develop the human resources department. Organizations are paying more attention to the contribution made by their employees and are placing this at the top of the things they are looking for. Cost-related people are now institutionalizing much of their spending and leading the way by supporting the need for better capital management, thereby building a more effective workforce. Working in and with groups is an essential task for social workers or community developers. A group is not simply a collection of individuals, but is based on certain principles, eg, the development of a group structure or roles and norms. Groups can provide the opportunity for social learning and relationships with other individuals. We are all witnesses that cooperation is the best way to achieve the results we want in every job we have started. Teamwork has always been present in the personal and professional development of man, because from the study we have done, teamwork has a great impact in raising the performance of employees as well as influencing the management of the decisionmaking process. In this paper, we will present the impact of teamwork in raising the performance of employees in various enterprises in the region of Prishtina, as well as the impact on the management of the decision-making process.
