This study examines the linkage between leadership, preventive management, and business continuity in the construction business. The samples of this study were 265 construction administrators who work at construction sites in Bangkok and its vicinity, including general managers, site managers, site engineers, and project managers. Questionnaires were employed to collect the data, in which they were analyzed using structural equation modeling techniques (SEM). The data analysis revealed that the model fit with the empirical data (χ2 = 40.451, df = 71, χ2 /df = .570, p = .999, GFI = .981, AGFI = .967, CFI = 1.00, RMSEA = .000, RMR = .005, NFI = .967). There was a positive relationship between leadership and preventive management. Leadership and preventive management also had a positive influence on business continuity. Discussions and suggestions were given in the latter part of the paper.
