The present research study analyzes of work contributions of female domestic workers to sustainable development in Ghariab Abad Colony ShaheedBenzirAbad (Nawabshah) Sindh. The study aimed at comprehensive analysis of work contributions of female domestic workers to sustainable development in the area and major problems faced by them. This research study provides the clear picture of women’s invisible work by using different quantify methods to analyses the women’s invisible work. The main purpose is to realize and give importance to economic contributions made by women through invisible”, “neglected”, and “silent” household work will assist in enhancing the overall social status of women and their access to resources and opportunities. The undervaluing of women means that the contribution of women remains nearly invisible in national economies, which results in denying women their right to education, health care, and pension plans. Policymakers and others may be proud to see more and more women entering the formal economy, but they tend to forget that women who are come out of their house for a paid job (or performing one in the home) It also offers a set of suggestions and solutions to help these women out of various problems based on the findings of the research are actually required to do a double day’s duty, as they regularly remain the sole responsible. Further, this study focus major findings and to suggest suitable recommendations to overcoming the low status of women domestic workers and they may be empowered in all dimensions of the society.
