The present research integrates extant literature and empirical data to investigate the complex correlation between teacher’s personality traits & student learning, with a focus on the consequences for instructional design and policy development. Teacher’s personality traits have a big impact on student learning and classroom environment. The results highlight how crucial it is to take teacher personality into account when hiring, selecting, and developing new teachers. They also provide guidance for developing encouraging classroom environments that help students achieve their goals.
